Pros
- excellent opportunities to learn new technologies and grow within the organization, so you can always do something new on the job - worked with some excellent resources
Cons
- company is always restructuring, so a few organizational decisions made by upper management have not always made a lot of sense (ie: making operational processes a lot more complicated and expensive than they should be) - pay is not reflective on performance (ie: pay remains the same, despite getting a promotion)
