delicious free lunch for all employees in the cafeteria daily when you actually have time to eat anything competitive benefits package including quick referrals to local urgent care or ER for when you're injured by patients who weren't supposed to be admitted because they attack staff every time they come in Salaries are about 60% the market average but hey it's a job Administration reliably will put 100% of their energy into protecting the corporation from legal liability so there is really no reason to be shocked if something goes down even clearly beyond your control
Cons
The place honestly is haunted, every shift has at least 3 paranormal events ranging from the distracting to the terrifying. You'll get used to it.
