      I cannot think of one.

      Cons

      Before I quit they had a mandatory staff meeting with threatening to "come after your license, and we're watching all the cameras to catch you. I have never been threatened by an employer and would never risk my license for that organization. I quit on the spot after that. Serious lack of organization and resources from management and HR. A very unsafe environment. The techs acted more like prison guards and very rude to patients. My experience was very few people liked working there and put in the minimum work required.

      You have a job, but if you care for people.... human life... the only thing you're doing good here is working for the paycheck ...this place is so rude and disrespectful.... there aren't any pros about Friends Behavioral Hospital

And to close I personal have been assaulted by a patient and was told to go home.... no incident report nothing....
