Pros
Large organization where you would think you have room to grow. Expanding but always fearing unions entering and would not be surprised to see one soon with how poorly they treat even their corporate staff.
Cons
No work life balance. Pto is not flexible and they will put obstacles to using it. Forget set schedule, you will end up working all hours. Leaders who will message at all hours of the day and night and while on vacation asking for tasks they should know how to do but don’t. Forget doing a project and presenting it as your own work. You will be forced to share the credit with “the team” including bosses who did nothing and know nothing of the projects. Don’t expect to work 40-45 hrs a week as a salaried employee... you are expected and are now warned that the expectation is more like 55-60 hrs a week. If you can’t handle that... you are no good for them.
