      Pros

      This company is invested in doing things right. From the production floor to upper management, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction are top priorities. They listen to employees and encourage them voice their ideas and opinions. In my opinion it's a fantastic company to be a part of.

      Their fast growth has caused a shortage of staff in some areas.

      The company underpays employees False promises and lack of advancement. Certain groups, consisting of individuals in power, are trying to conspire against other employees. Favoritism runs rampant in the company Non-direct Retaliation
