      Some of the coworkers are cool and genuine people

      The company underpays employees False promises and lack of advancement. Certain groups, consisting of individuals in power, are trying to conspire against other employees. Favoritism runs rampant in the company Non-direct Retaliation

      Not really much other than talking with people.

      Cons

      Lack of management. Managers complain with one another and leads don’t go in the clean room. But they need to get their things straight when it comes to pointing fingers. Upper management really lacks company potential and lacks organization.
