Pros

Four Seasons is a brand with history and a name. Vision is great and benefits are good. I love Four Seasons. Meals provided. Management is great.

Cons

I gave one star due to my extremely challenging experience in a toxic environment unlike anything I’ve encountered before. I faced extreme bullying, particularly from a few female colleagues, who were persistently petty, especially when upper management was not around to witness their behavior. I believe implementing cameras could help create accountability and deter such harmful actions that almost became physical towards me. I learned that a previous colleague was bullied to the same extent by these individuals. She eventually found a position in another city after speaking out about her experiences. It’s astounding how some feel entitled to mistreat others while good people leave. I’ll never forget one colleague expressing dislike for a kind, talented woman simply because of her beauty and professionalism. If you are a smart, educated, beautiful and nice woman who prefers to focus on your work rather than engage in gossip, you may find yourself targeted in this office. Every day, I faced significant hostility, which made my work life unbearable. Despite management’s reassurances, I felt unsupported, and the negativity overshadowed my contributions. Ultimately, I decided that leaving was the best choice for my well-being. It’s disheartening to see such behavior in a professional setting; it felt worse than high school. I hope the company can address these issues moving forward, as fostering a positive workplace culture is essential for everyone’s success. And at the end is not good in the long run having people that brings you money without no soul, customers recognize that and the experience is shallow and toxic for everyone. Cameras are unfortunately the only solution to hold individuals accountable; otherwise, good employees will leave while negativity thrives, leading to high turnover. I recognize that I could have been stronger, but no one deserves the treatment I experienced. What some find amusing—being cruel—was poison to me, and I refuse to adopt their behavior. After everything these individuals put me through, I genuinely wish them the worst and hope karma eventually catches up with them. I know I’m not the first, nor will I be the last, to face such mistreatment at their hands. But also I know that there is God and he is looking at everyone and everything and that justice no one can escape!

Pros

Very friendly staff. Straightforward job with good pay. Overall an enjoyable job.

Cons

Inconsistent hours. Burnout can occur if you're looking for something easy. Other than that its pretty much exactly what you'd expect. Good job to have.

Pros

Free nights Lots of paid sick time (use it; trust me, everyone uses it as extra vacation, and it fully replenishes every year) Paid holidays Good benefits

Cons

Communication is terrible; act first, communicate later. Constant shifting goalposts; it seems like, before we can nail down one new kpi or project, an exec got bored and created a new one. The brand seems to have lost its roots since the founder left. If you are in FnB, you enjoy schedule flexibility, not here. If you are full-time, you will always work 40 hours unless you use vacation, and hotels are exhausting. Trading shifts is not a thing. There's no technical training. There's a lot of mandatory training, but it only covers work culture topics. Your direct manager will rarly be available since they seem to be in a meeting every hour of the day.
