Cons

Management, work life balance, genuine concern for employees, fairness, punitive management style instead of a teaching one. Management lacks trust in employees and singles individuals out and fishes for write reasons to write them up. Management seems to look for reasons to write employees up instead of looking for ways to build up employee.

Pros

Very friendly staff. Straightforward job with good pay. Overall an enjoyable job.

Cons

Inconsistent hours. Burnout can occur if you're looking for something easy. Other than that its pretty much exactly what you'd expect. Good job to have.

Pros

Great immediate management (up to department head), good travel benefits (although not as good as previous years), health insurance excellent. Travel benefits are nice when you can use them. Become better at what do you, but with an emotional cost.

Cons

Toooo profit heavy and want to please owners versus staff, worklife balance needs improvement although it's getting there. Pulse Survey results need to be taken more seriously by PC and not put on department heads and asssitant managers, need accountability on PC to action. Terrible employee meals, especially if not AM Monday through Friday. Poor corporate ELT team since post covid times.
