Pros
- Continued amusement reading batched 4-5 star reviews (look at the dates) that were clearly an internal push to get people to make the company look better from the outside. Look, if you're smart enough to read reviews of a company on Glassdoor before joining, you should also be smart enough to see when a bunch of nonsense is being pumped in to make the numbers look less bad. I never planned to leave a review, but this is just sad and I felt obligated to provide a little balance. - Met some smart people, who knew their talents were being wasted so they left, which opened many new doors outside of the company. - If I had to squeeze out another pro, they do have decent salaries (they'd never get anyone in the door otherwise), but the overall benefits are terrible, especially for a company of this size.
Cons
I could write a book, but I won't. I'll just say there are good people here trying to do good work, but unfortunately their efforts are largely being squandered in a money grab by leadership, who will dump them at the drop of a hat. You have been warned.
