      - Great Christmas gifts - It give a right sense of what a company shouldn't be

      Cons

      Very weak leadership. Strategy changes with the latest wimp of an obscolete CEO - Unable to maintain focus on execution; - Client Panels are used simply to convince employees how awesome the strategy is: negative feedback is neglected - Base salary is weak and variable compensation is unsignificant with the new compensation policy - It is hard to believe on company values; it still needs to find a purpose that is put in practice, besides stock performance - Some Analysts are not focused on client value but rather on their own ego

      Forrester is a truly rewarding place to work. I feel like I make a meaningful difference every day, both for our clients and within the organization. The colleagues here are exceptional. They are smart, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. I’m constantly learning from a talented group of people who care deeply about the quality of their work and the impact it has. The culture encourages thoughtful problem-solving, professional growth, and doing work that matters.

      The most challenging aspect right now is the current business performance, which can create uncertainty and added pressure across teams. At times, this environment can impact workloads, decision-making speed, and overall predictability.
