Pros

Fellow colleagues were (and are) the biggest (and sometimes only) plus during my time at Forrester; I've never been a part of a company where I felt so surrounded by my kind of people. Everyone wants to help everyone- it's so refreshing to be surrounded by so much genuine colleague support.

Cons

Leadership decisions in the last 2 years put things on the downswing - with bonuses, promotions, and annual pay rises being cut 2 years running- not to mention the multiple rounds of redundancies. The CEO's insistence in the product and his continual doubling-down on Forrester decisions lost the support of his employees time and time again. Can only take his Trump-ian speeches, lack of supporting data around RTO policies, and C-Suite of Yes Men for so long. Not a place to join if you're looking to move up in your career.

Pros

Forrester is a truly rewarding place to work. I feel like I make a meaningful difference every day, both for our clients and within the organization. The colleagues here are exceptional. They are smart, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. I’m constantly learning from a talented group of people who care deeply about the quality of their work and the impact it has. The culture encourages thoughtful problem-solving, professional growth, and doing work that matters.

Cons

The most challenging aspect right now is the current business performance, which can create uncertainty and added pressure across teams. At times, this environment can impact workloads, decision-making speed, and overall predictability.

Smart people work here, work-life balance is ideal if you have a good manager.

Cons

Morale is low, leadership is extremely out of touch with the sentiments of the workforce.
