Pros
1 - #1 thing that needs to be taken from this and the other reviews is the management. This team that has been built truly cares about their employees and gives them every opportunity to grow and evolve. Like any company you need to produce, but if you contribute as an effective member of this family , you will succeed. 2 - Benefits that continue to grow (Health/Vision/Dental/Gym reimbursement/401K) 3 - Continued education in the field (which is provided by Flycast Partners) 4 - Great location in St. Petersburg Florida (Ability some some areas to work from home/however they are really missing out with this great family environment in the office)
Cons
1 - The company is still growing, only a little over 70 employees. If you need to be a part of a huge corporate environment, this is not the place for you. (That being said, most of this team came from those environments) 2 - If you are looking for a quick and easy ladder to climb this may not be the place for you. You need to put time and dedication in and you will be rewarded handsomely. 3 - The bathroom is out in the hallway (really only other downside I can think of)
