Flycast Partners interview questions

3-part process, screening, hiring manager, leadership panel. The process was expedient and took 4 business days. The hardest portion was the leadership panel, meeting with the CEO and other senior leadership. It was a round-robin process. Everyone was professional and nice. It was more of a conversation with the hiring manager than an interview.

Grueling 3 part process with a presentation done by you as the focal point. The CEO has to make this as bad as possible to indoctrinate you into how he is going to manage your life in and out of that office, it's sad.
