For the past three years, no one at Flex has received a raise. Flex is a contract manufacturing organization that puts customers far above its own employees. Customers are given free rein to operate as they wish, often at the expense of the people doing the actual work. Leadership’s main priority seems to be saying yes to the customer, no matter how it affects employees. If you look at Flex’s history, there’s a clear pattern: mass hiring when a new project starts, followed by mass layoffs once things settle down. Stay away
