Flex interview questions

The interview process consists of reviewing applications, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews to assess skills, experience, and suitability for the role. Candidates may be asked about their background, strengths, and career goals before a final hiring decision is made.

I applied through job post on Linkedin. Then HR approached me to arrange interview First round with with HM. Second round with HM's superior if needed. Whole process within 2 weeks but HR didn't update outcome after 2 weeks.
