Toxic leadership in Vita or Vita brands? Don’t know when changed the name without any official communication; Only ‘suck up’ type of behaviors will be promoted to chief officer or ‘end to end VP’ no matter how poor their leadership is; Employees are forced by HR not asking stupid questions in town hall (not blaming the working level HR who just got this order from the Chief HR officer); Introduced new values without engaging any members in the team (perhaps only with those chief officers - toxic female leadership); HR is a joke, they just please the CEO and don’t care people, from interim CHRO to current CHRO; Staying in the most luxury hotel while laying off people around the world and force employees stop asking this in town hall; Btw, BA Fiskars is also toxic, they re just less bad compare with Vita; and group is just shrinking and shrinking. So please don’t apply this company. And run away as far as you can.
