I completed eight interviews for a Finance position, meeting with everyone from HR to directors, VPs, and the CFO. The conversations themselves were productive, and I learned a lot about the company.
However, after weeks of interviews and significant preparation, I received no final update — not even a courtesy message to confirm the role had been filled. Follow-up emails also went unanswered.
Ghosting a candidate after this level of commitment and engagement is not reflective of a respectful hiring process. I hope the company improves its communication practices, especially when candidates invest substantial time meeting with upper management.
Smooth interview, but could not recommend to anyone. Internal recruiter ghosted me after the interview, which tells me everything I need to know about the business, and they way it's operated.
