Facilities provided by Firstsource Solutions are superb from employee benefits points of view. e.g. Salary Advance, Refyne, Medical Insurance, Employee wellbeing, etc. Firstsource Solutions also is very strong on their social responsibility and ensures that help is provided to the needy through their CSR activities.
Cons
People on associate director level are not supportive and display narcissistic behavior. They are not open to feedback and the decisions they make can put processes/ people in danger.
