Cons
Not Equitable, most minorities and women were not given the opportunity to work Front of House, Standing in one place for extended time period, breaks were inconsistent dependent on the supervisors whose basically were rarely seen except to criticize about minor things, lots of verbal micro management. Management do not listen. Do not follow union rules, did not promote within, I knew four people waiting to transfer into front of house team that never matured, these are all folks with good strong reliable work ethic. Management is deceptive. Overall Big Organization that do not care about employee retention. Tiny break room for large staff.
