Pros

I worked as "Field Crew Security" which basically is standing on the field (in front of the stands) and waiting for someone in the crowd to muster up the liquid courage to try and run on the field. -it's fun and you get paid to stand there.. -player interaction -fan interaction -it's easy..literally, remember that time you woke up-yea..it's easier than that.. -if you have a car, email and can pass a "background" check-you're hired. You really need no skills for this. If you get called in for an interview, don't even dress formal, bring your significant other to tag along and go ahead and un-tuck that shirt...you'll get hired. -management knows the labor laws very well.... -IF you have a real job, this would be your side/spending money...a very small..amount of side money..don't expect to make a living off of this...

Cons

-Leadership is laughable and obviously inexperienced in security and management. They really don't care. But...They want you to "drink the KoolAid" on how important your job is, how "sharp" your uniform looks (lime green hats, worn out blue shirts and whatever black pants you could buy) and overly over exaggerate how you did a great job at just..standing there. Don't drink it! -They lie to intimidate you into doing your job the "right way" while trying to force you to drink that KoolAid. -Training was a joke and unpaid-but they don't tell you that. You'll get trained properly after you screw up. -Leadership is contradictive. Consistency on what's right or wrong depends on their mood. -People of certain age, color and "experience" get away with being late, not doing their job/watching the game and not the stands or taking longer that 15 minute breaks. -Speaking of breaks...if you work on Seahawks game day, expect to be there 3-4 hours prior to the start of the game. Then, expect your first break to be within the first hour of being there, whether you want to or not. Who takes a break within the first hour of work? A forced, unpaid break? And then taking a 15 minute break after a few hours of standing is frowned upon. -Expect some of the "senior" members to look down upon you for being a newbie. Expect them to take advantage of you while they hate you for being new. They drank too much KoolAid, I however, did not.

Pros

Pay and training are on-site. There are great teams to work for and with. Chances to work and move up to "silver tier" and work many events. Definitely a good experience. Bus pass or parking pass provided when you work events. Discount at ProShops. Pay is pretty good for entry level.

Cons

Long hours on your feet are hard on the body. Uniforms are a tad ugly. Sometimes there are some questionable hires.
