      Pros

      $18 an hour is good.

      Cons

      If you want plenty of time off this jobs for you. If you want to work full time you will be at work for 14 hours a day and only be paid for 8. Lots of sitting in your personal car waiting to work. You have no idea who is in charge. Almost no summer work. All “extra” work is not paid at $18 an hour.

      Frequently behind the wheel of a bus which limits value at position Very long hours due to need to complete work while spending significant portion of the day filling in on open routes
