I quickly responded to a voicemail and email request for a screening call and scheduled it promptly. Had a great call and was told they were delighted to move me to the 2nd step which was an interview the following week. Before the day ended, I followed up with a thank you email and a week later after not hearing anything, reached out asking if any additional info was needed. I got a very short reply back and nothing since. Emailed at the two-week mark to tell them I, unfortunately, need to withdraw my application. No keeping the candidates warm in my experience -felt abandoned. I know my worth and felt like the culture wouldn't work for me.
- Just talked about my experience really -nothing stands out -no behavioral questions

I applied through LinkedIn and sent a message over to the recruiter. Two days later I received a phone call. First was a 15 minute screening. Next was a 4 person panel asking mostly people management questions and what-if scenarios. Then I heard nothing for 2 weeks. Yesterday I got another interview offer (hopefully the last), hopefully I do well and get the job?
- What would you do if you had call-outs?
- How do you deal with stress?
