Pros
Great people and friendly environment Fully remote 401(k) with good matching Immediate healthcare insurance and other benefits (vision, dental, etc.) Work itself is actually rewarding and you're aware of how your individual part plays into overall company mission. Team members are motivated and do well within the flexible work environment.
Cons
Only a few chances a year to meet in person with staff, but that comes with being fully remote. More companywide training could be implemented but sounds like that's in the works.
