Junior Consultant - Junior Consultant First Derivatives Employee Review

Kind of like a glorified help desk employee. You may get to travel but it's not all luxury and 5 stars like at McKinsey or BCG. Sometimes you share rooms with other employees and it always the cheapest flights. Total comp is quite low, its even lower than a back office employee at a middle market bank. It's not as easy to build a network with other banks/hedge funds because they do not tend to treat you very well. I had to leave as soon as I could.
