      Pros

      Good work culture, smart people, appetite for growth. Current business outlook is good and product is top of it's class

      Cons

      Pay could be higher, they are probably 10-20k short of market rate. Company has down-sized after a few bad acquisitions.

      Pros

      Amazing benefits and great values. People on my team are great to work with and genuinely respectful. Being able to hybrid work has been a lifesaver for me.

      Cons

      Extremely fast moving company where design to launch is done at lightening speed leaving very little time to plan & execute training.
