Pros
'Relative' stable working environment, comparatively less demanding than IBank(But your reward for doing similar things is much less as well), good benefit
Cons
Gradually you will notice the company is willing to pay large amount of agency fee in hiring newcomers rather than retaining people with experience. Mgt willing to pay large amount of money for tier1 office location(Worldwide) , but not willing to keep up the salary of the staff with inflation. Employees are not really the asset, but more like the slave pool. Especially with the new structure of the business, doing IBank business, charging IBank fee, but paying vendor price to the employees, golden formula for good profit by taking the expense of employees. Turnovers are extremely high in some department, which explains why always having vacancies all the time. Mgt would rather blame people with no loyalty rather than facing the real problem of themselves. 'SOME'(could be the top) business side people consider all kind of technical work as 'simple, easy, as it is just a matter of logic', can simply say Yes all the time as they dont need to deliver anyway. In terms of technical, the knowledge or skills acquired is not easily transferable.
