Beware - Anonymous employee Fenergo Employee Review

Fenergo is a company where shareholders interest are put ahead of the people. Massive redundancies put in place leaving a skeleton of a team. Everyone is jumping ship because they are worked to the bone The same things have been said for the last 4 years that I was there with no change - Work life balance is non existent - Stagnant pay to maximise company profits for shareholders - No appreciation for hard work - Timezone nightmare They say that they acknowledge, recognise, say it’s important, actively look at the items I have said above but nothing has or will improve because the number one priority is to make profits. Advice to people thinking of joining: Don’t - you’ll regret it…
