      Toxic environment with no positives to mention

      Pros

      None that I can think of, and I have tried to think of a positive.

      Cons

      This is an easy one to answer because, unfortunately, there are so many examples. I’m not even sure where to start. My only advice is: stay well clear. “Toxic” doesn’t even begin to describe it.

      The talent across teams is exceptional. There’s a strong sense of ownership, with people trusted to take responsibility and deliver. The pace is fast, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn and gain exposure to different parts of the business.

      Cons

      Because of the pace of growth, some internal processes can still feel like they’re a work in progress, which can sometimes lead to inefficiencies or duplicate work. At times, priorities can change quickly, which requires teams to be flexible.

      Pros

      One of my favourite aspects of working at Fenergo has been the people. Working alongside talented and approachable colleagues has made work much more enjoyable. The company has a positive culture where contributions are recognised, particularly through initiatives like the CORE awards. Compensation is competitive, and the hybrid working model offers good flexibility.

      Cons

      Recent restructurings have created some uncertainties across the business. More consistent communication around the companies vision, strategy and future direction, would provide more clarity for employees.
