      I've had the fabulous and somewhat rare opportunity to work in a firm over 12 years that redefined an Industry. Visualising a dream with the Fen CEO Marc and seeing it materialise. From a firm that went from 40 people to over 800, that brought that acronyms 'CLM' and 'KYC' into lexicon Mindspace of all finance execs worldwide, and fittingly achieved 'unicorn' valuation status to its investors & staff - whilst keeping their client community safe, efficient and compliant. I'm proud to have been a key contributor to this success and truly appreciate the experience as well as the lifeline friendships I have made with such a dedicated and professional team of 'Fen-ites' and within our client community. As I approach my own personal retirement after 35 years in the RegTech business, I'm very excited about Fenergo's foresight and investment in Ai agent capability that will see the platform bounce to a while new level of service capability.

      Cons

      Being a market maker is a constant challenge. You can get the majority of things right, and some things wrong. Fenergo's ability to recognise these and pivot quickly has been one of its strengths.

      Pros

      Remote working is good 401K and health insurance

      Cons

      Hot mess of company particularly in delivery of projects. The CCO is the worst I have ever seen. No strategy and all over the place. Developers are based in Ireland and are very difficult to deal with. No career opportunities and lots of layoffs
