- Some people in the company do show empathy but are not in positions to influence
- Lunch and learns have been refreshing
- Some interesting highly talented people in the company to absorb knowledge from

- Only short (6-10 weeks) sales/discovery engagements
- Difficult to create a long standing trust or working relationship with your peers
- Late nights or stressful days are a common occurrence
- Once a year feedback on performance is useless when you work across multiple engagements throughout the year
- Communication and guidance from senior leadership could be more transparent
- Engagement allocation often feels arbitrary or based on availability timing rather than planning
