Execs have good communication, encourage open door policies and listen well. Benefits are average. Global footprint exposes employees to a wide variety of coworkers. Many employees have long history with the company.
Cons
Local management more concerned with personal positioning and are not flexible. They only give lip service to values espoused by execs. No management training, so manager quality is hit or miss. No career paths. Middle management plays favorites.
