      Pros

      FORCE has made big changes to the leadership and environment that are finally yielding positive results. After a difficult period the business and overall company environment are now gaining positive momentum. I believe this is due to Sr. Leadership changes and a more proactive approach to employees, compensation and clients. Ownership has always cared and has recently made wholesale changes that are healthy.

      Cons

      The work can be intense and requires a big commitment. Work family balance can be challenge yet manageable if you are direct and honest with management. Historical favoritism existed yet seems to be improving

The work that we do can definitely be intense, as we are working to improve lives! However, the company is always looking for ways to provide the best work/life balance for every employee, as well as celebrate our collective accomplishments.       Pros

      I've been at other companies and this is by far my favorite. The culture is very good and there is a purpose outside of financials to what we do. I feel appreciated and impactful within the company. I love my boss and coworkers!

      Cons

      There are ebbs and flows in the work. Leadership seems aware though and tries to optimize workloads through teaming.
