It was fairly simple and straightforward, exactly what is expected with interviewing at a medical communications agency. I had an initial screening call with the VP of the scientific team. After, I was given a writing test to gauge my ability to synthesize the science and follow directions. Finally, I met with other individuals in the company. Overall the interview process was a decent experience.

Seamless interview that was more like a conversation than an interview, which was wonderful! Everyone was kind, open, and I could tell I would love working there after I spoke with the team.

Q: Tell us about a time where a project didn't go as planned and how you responded.
Long interview process with individual as well as panel interview. Most were standard interview questions and the people were very friendly, casual conversations and not a lot of stress in the room
