Compensation as long as the company has cash to pay them.
Cons
Health insurance is expensive, limited PTO, abhorred culture (transactional at best). Most benefits have been stripped down to provide the least amount of value to the employee. RIFs have resulted in disengaged employees who fear that any day may be their last.
