      flexible time schedule (for my profession at least)

      Cons

      overly focused on short term revenue target with no management support and lack of resources, intense office politics, poor prospect of career advancement opportunities/salary increase;

      Hybrid working. Annual sales meeting.

      1. lack of HR or IT support 2. politics in senior management and they don't invest in personal growth of employees 3. turnover is high. not a stable career. 4. leadership in EMEA/US only focus on short term targets instead of long term plan 5. work and life balance is bad for Asia based team.
