DB Analyst - Programmer/Analyst Senior FIS Employee Review

No transparency in policy...some incapable managers think this is their home, no professionalism, they can do what they want to, no growth and less salary. some managers are here bcoz they have link to the ppl at higher level not bcoz of there skill and they want the same to their reportees. they dont want talented or skilled ppl they want ppl who can lick their feet. they will threaten their reportee to give bad rating and hike if they do anything different and not follow or question what they said. no learning.
