System operations analyst- 2months in Fis - Systems Engineer FIS Employee Review

1. No onsite 2. No team building activities 3. Less scope of growth 4. Less scope of learning 5. Feels like I work for some small company (which it is, though ) as a result no interest in working for a long term 6. 50 to 60 people in the same team headed in the same role by a team lead, as a result I dont see any scope of growth! 7. Low food quality 8. Infrastructure not that great 9. People working in night shifts are doomed as they don't get coffee at night, let alone food! 10. Extra curriculum activities are an alien thing over here! Very boring company.
