Pros
The only thing good is that they pay on time.
Cons
They reorganize constantly, meaning they fire good hard working employees, who have been with the company for over 10 years. Then while the fire (reorganize) FIS let's go of good hard working people and keep the inept worker's. Then the executive's get a bigger bonus even if FIS is drowning in debt. This company fires good employees, yet they keep the lazy inept drugged worthless employees.( an example: On a business trip to Orlando, one such worthless employee decided to over indulge in alcohol and almost drowned himself in his hotel room. To no avail FIS kept this employee for over a year until he stopped coming to work. That same year, FIS, was losing money. FIS couldn't give pay raises to it's workers, but every executive got a nice big bonus. What reason did the executive's get a bonus, why did the executive's get rewarded for losing company money? Good question! That can be answered with the example of the stock market companies, who lost millions of dollars of their clients money, and the executive's of those stock market companies got large bonuses, yet their clients lost their life savings. FIS cares for nothing except positive numbers and how much their bonuses will be even if the company loses money and fires workers. This is done all the time FIS gets rid of good employees, loses money and can't complete functioning rewards programs, yet they give the Financially inept executive's more money for screwing up FIS even more.
