Dear Glassdoor community, I would like to share my honest feedback regarding the company I work for, in a polite and constructive manner. While there are certainly positive aspects to the company, I cannot ignore the areas that need improvement. Firstly, the development of software is inefficient and lacks agility. The company claims to have a LEAN process, but in reality, this is far from the truth. Additionally, there are too many employees assigned to tasks that could be done by fewer people. Secondly, the technology managers demonstrate poor people management skills, which has created an unpleasant work environment for many employees. Thirdly, the internal bureaucracy is excessive, with too many processes in place for every task. Unfortunately, these processes are not efficient, and they are followed simply because they are in place, rather than for the purpose of generating value. Finally, I must mention that the company places an emphasis on diversity and inclusion, but in reality, it appears that these values are given only lip service. The company's core operations are not productive, and it seems that it is only a façade. I regret to say that this is the worst company I have ever worked for. I will wait a few more months before making a final decision, as I do not wish to return the 15% monthly reallocation paid to employees who have come from other countries. If you take a look at the company's ratings, you will see that the lowest scores are for opportunities, compensation and benefits, and senior management. To put it simply, each area of the company may appear excellent in isolation, but in practice, they do not communicate effectively with each other. To make an analogy, the HR department's ideas may sound wonderful, but in reality, their execution is lacking. The same applies to the product department and the technical team. Thank you for taking the time to read my review. I hope this feedback can be helpful in identifying areas for improvement.
