Pros
1. Teamwork: Regardless what department I reach out for help, I am always greeted with a positive attitude and a desire to help. I came from a company with negative responses so this is refreshing. 2: Communications: Senior leadership is not afraid to communicate even when the news is not good. 3. Supportive environment: Mangers and above are supportive on training and training assistance. They are watching for people who are stalled and needing a change. 4. Advancing: The company is always pushing for new technologies and driving to be the first to deliver to the market. 5. Growing: The company places a priority on hiring from within, but does what is needed when exceptional people are identified.
Cons
There are not any strong Cons. The Stock performance and Bonus could be better. For Exempt employees, there have been bonus each six months. Some are small and others closer to goal.
