Pros

Relatively Good work/life balance Company location is in south San Jose (reverse commute)

Cons

1. PTO to FTO policy has changed 1 week from the notification (Jan 5, 2018 email was sent and the new policy went into effect on Jan 15, 2018) and accumulated PTO balances will be taken away if not used within the year. Employees should have been notified for such a major PTO policy change about 6 months before its implementation. With 3 acquisitions that were done for the last year or so we cannot take PTO or if we do we end up working. Senior management doesn't care and do not want to discuss this topic. We were even told "if you do not like it leave". For certain employees who came from the 2 acquisitions, PTO balances have been fully paid. 2. The company is let people with valuable experience go and are moving jobs to lower cost areas 3. Mediocre benefits
