      New executive management has the company headed in the right direction. There is a better culture than when first merged with Enterasys.

      Cons

      Need to spend more money on Development and QA resources. Review system is painful. Too many people working from home.

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      The team is great! Honestly one of the best collogues I've worked with for a long time. Everyone is willing to help and point you to the right direction
