None, Expro is a Toxic hell hole run by egotistical terribly equipped managers who are clueless.
Cons
The company is one big Toxic Pit. No Pay rise for 8 years. Told to come in during UK lockdown to office as Expro didn't believe in Covid. Treated and spoken to like dirt daily. Management got kick out of critiquing everything done on a daily basis Staff treated worse than anything, treated like second rate citizens to the totally inept management teams. No career progression, then give management jobs to new starts who have ZERO clue what they are doing but brown nosed the bosses by "working late"
