Pros

The personnel within Group Engineering are great to work. On the whole they only want the outcome for the equipment.

Cons

No pay rise for 8 years. Upper management actively ignoring and encouraging the issues between departments. Poor pension Private health care has a £150 excess which in counter intuitive and stops personnel using the service. No career progression.

Management in UK is great, UK HR is wonderful Nice New Offices. My Immediate Boss was great Um.......

Upper Management needs re-education on being human No Pay Raise for 8 (yes 8 YEARS) plus right before they filed bankruptcy, employees had to take 2 weeks unpaid leave 2 times! And yet, the upper management received bonuses both years! ( yes, seriously!) Pay is dependent on who you know Some Middle Managers are paid less than people who "work" for them Some People take advantage of management obliviousness and work at most 4 hours a day without repercussions. The executive team sits behind locked closed doors with no interaction with the mere working class. Sexist environment

Pros

Expro is an enlightened company in terms of human resources policies, access to training, professional development, salary, etc. Also every time I have dealt with our senior (as opposed to middle) management I have been impressed.

Cons

I am asked to do so many unproductive activities such as attending meetings, producing presentations and reporting on progress that I often finish the day having achieved nothing useful.
