Pros

No nonsense fully transparent sales organization dedicated to service after the sale, no just for the customer but the team that makes the company successful as well. Open door policy that really means "open door" for every department manager all the way to the CEO. New ownership (and upper management), that encourages recognition and positivity at every level.

Cons

Tenacity and 100% effort is the prime requirement for a management position with Express Flooring. Not only encouraged, but expected. Not a bad thing, but slackers will find their career here short lived. As with any newly owned company, policies and implementation of changes sound great, but actual changes move more slowly than many would like including me. Employee morale suffered as a result of some previous situations; but new management is making real progress to remedy problems and rebuild morale, and it's working. Just wish it was quicker. We still have some individuals who don't seem to be fully on board to create and maintain a true team spirit.

Cons

Nothing, no company is perfect but Express Flooring cares about it's people from the ground up. Everyone is treated with value and respect.
