The interviews all consisted of a thorough vetting, deep dive into candidate work history, availability, role-playing and overall sales and Design knowledge. A strong command of remodeling, design, sales technique and modalities is necessary for this position. Experience in sales generally, in home sales seems to be a strong requirement. Rightfully so. I was offered a job with this company today and I'm excited. After all the research I've done this appears to be one of the best companies of its kind to work for.

Not good. I interviewed with several senior managers. It was difficult to determine who was actually in charge and how decisions were made. It did not invoke confidence in the organization.
