      If you're really good at it, you can make a lot of money

      Cons

      Metrics are borderline impossible. Management was ruthless and micromanaged you to an extreme. Even though we were all adults working in an office environment, they wouldn't let us look at our cell phones and we would be reprimanded if we did.

      Flexibility, work-life balance, decent commission structure

      Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
