Difficult to advance, wage isn't very good, company is more about selling (recruiting) rather than looking behind the scene's to see who and what makes selling possible

1. Management lacks clear direction and sound judgment.
2. Micromanagement from leads.
3. Unnecessary drama caused by management.
4. Leadership and management roles lack diversity, with little representation across gender and backgrounds.
5. People are let go without clear reasons, even when directly asked.
