      Telecommute sometimes if your manager feels like letting you but, that can change quickly.

      Cons

      Management is remote and not sure how to run the business or let you be creative to make the company money.

      Flexibility, work-life balance, decent commission structure

      Cons

      Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
