Pros

Fun problems to solve, smart people, good friends, lots of fun events, great customer IT teams to work with, solid training, built-in support network, high salary for someone right out of college, valuable organization skills learned, amazing health insurance (no copays)

Cons

Lots of 9-10 hour days, micro managing policies, travel with little recovery time, 2 days remote per year, too many responsibilities, success dependent on the quality of your support network

Pros

Impact: You are part of creating systemic level change for healthcare organizations. You get to be on site and work directly with providers and see how these changes impact their communities. People: Extremely smart and capable. I feel like I can rely on my team in a way I haven't at previous employers. New hires are entry level, so there's a strong community for people in a similar stage of life. Culture: Quirky but in a real, unique way. People are collaborative and celebrate shared accomplishments. The campus enshrines a very specific (and fun!) vibe. Location: Madison is awesome. Benefits: The health insurance is unparalleled. Sabbatical is a super cool perk too. Growth: A lot of autonomy and responsibility allows people to rise to the challenge. Stability: Solid industry, no lay-offs.

Cons

Remote work flexibility: 5 days a year
